Catherine and I worked together at Viceroy Palm Jumeirah Dubai from 2016 to 2018. It was during the pre -opening and post-opening time. Catherine can do attitude was crucial to help establishing our internal culture from the get go. Catherine’s ability to embrace innovation helped us to be able to use a new recruitment tool where Catherine was heavily involved as an assessor. Catherine support allowed us to recruit great talents for her team and other departments in the hotel. What impressed me the most in Catherine attitude was her level of commitment to make the hotel a success. With great connection in the events industry we were able to create a great on-boarding experience to the whole hotel team. I would love the opportunity to work with Catherine again.
